We are currently experiencing a sign in issue in the Developer Portal. We know what the issue is and are investigating corrective action.

In the meanwhile, if you must get in to change the configuration of your applications, and you experience this screen:

 

Work Around

A work around is to, in the address bar, change redirect_uri query string parameter to be https, instead of http. Then hit enter and you will be properly forward to login as expected.

We have fixed the issue and have deployed a new version to the staging environment. We expect the production environment will be fixed relatively soon.
