Template variables
Hi, Are there any plans to make template variables available for extra fields so they can be used in documents? Right now, we have to duplicate fields to UDEFS just so we can use them in documents.

I have a webpanel on ticket that works fine, but in Mobile CRM the ticket id sent in to the webpanel is '0'. The URL to the webpanel is /CS/scripts/blogic.fcgi?_sf=&action=doScript&includeId=showPanel&entryId=<tiid>&__ticket.id=<tiid> And when I copy the URL in Mobile CRM <tiid> is replaced with 0. Is this a bug?

SSO Single Sign-On Microsoft 365 Federated Id
Hi, We have enabled f ederated sign-in using this guide: Register identity provider (domain name) | SuperOffice Docs The hope was to alleviate the need to remember several passwords and make SO sign in immediately because our browser already has the user signed in to their MS365 account. But unfortunately, our user needs to enter their email address every time they open SuperOffice Online to then initiate a redirect to the login screen (sometimes they even need to enter their password again). Is this really the intended functionality or are we missing a part of the setup? BR Allan

soprotocol misbehaves in SuperOffice 11.3
Hi, after Online upgraded from SuperOffice 11.2 to 11.3 we see that URL's used to open a new ticket and set a person selected, no longer works. This feature is documented at the top here: https://docs.superoffice.com/en/ui/soprotocol/howto/requests.html When navigating to https://online2.superoffice.com/CustXXXXX/default.aspx?ticket.new?person_id=123, it redirects to https://online2.superoffice.com/CustXXXXX/default.aspx?ticket.new.minicontact?ticket_id=0&selection_id=456, and no person is set on the ticket. Seems like something has happened to soprotocol in 11.3. Is there a new way of doing this now, or is it broken?

Wave 0 was upgraded to this hotfix yesterday, so all test environments and partner demo sites. The rest is planned for tonight.

Persons created via ContactAgent.SaveContactEntity in SO 11.3?
Hi, while troubleshooting an issue with persons being created twice on contacts, I noticed that the SaveContactEntity method on the ContactEntity class has started to create new persons from version 11.3. Here is a CRMScript which demonstrates the issue. On 11.2 no person is created, while on 11.3 the person is created. #setLanguageLevel 4; NSContactAgent agent; NSContactEntity contact = agent.CreateDefaultContactEntity(); contact.SetName("Dummy company"); NSPerson[] persons; NSPerson person; person.SetFirstname("Waldo"); persons.pushBack(person); contact.SetPersons(persons); contact = agent.SaveContactEntity(contact); In version 11.2 the Waldo-person was just ignored. The same issue applies to the REST API, so it's not a CRMScript issue, it's just easier to visualize with CRMScript. Is this intentional?

/api/v1/Agents/Ticket/GetForRmUi gives 403 Forbidden in 10.5.4 onsite
Hi, we've installed 10.5.4 at an onsite customer, and have feature toggled on the NewServiceRequest feature to get the new Service UI in CRM. We've enabled single signon for login (which seems to work fine), and the server is locked down with very limited access to the internet. When opening a request we see that there is a call to /api/v1/Agents/Ticket/GetForRmUi fails with an 403 error. The header X-Errormessage says "WebException: The remote server returned an error (401) Unauthorized". My gut feeling is that the ../Agents/Ticket/GetForRmUi method is trying to reach out to the internet for some reason. I see from the documentation that is a fairly new and unstable endpoint. What could cause it to try to access the internet?

Do note that things like executing CRMScript triggers in CRM also call the ajax.fcgi internally. So those probably won't work aswell.

API Person Provider - mobile number behaviour
Hi, When using the Person archive provider, we have noticed behaviour that has caused us some problems when syncing with a 3rd party. Take this example where we have a Contact with only the Phone number entered: When calling the API, we see the results as expected: However, if we populate only the mobile number: The API returns the number for both the Phone and Mobile: We have managed to code a fix, by checking if the TooltipHint value points to the same phone_id, but we were unsure if this behaviour is intended or not? The "phone/formattedNumber" will the display the 'best' phone number, if you want to have the invidual phone numbers, you should use the specific columns for that: https://docs.superoffice.com/en/api/netserver/archive-providers/reference/person.html

Bookmark evaluation in quote details - SKIPIF
For a particular customer we want to control which tables within quote details are displayed. Only when the table contains rows should it be displayed. To achieve this we tried to create a variable which counts the rows that are inserted within the quote details. However once we use 'SKIPIF' we run into an issue. To illustrate this we have created two quote details, one which only prints the contents of the variable under each table using the following snippit: The generated document indeed does correctly count and insert the amount of rows under each table as seen here: However once we actually evalutate the variable within a 'SKIPIF' statement to skip that particular table using the following snippit: All tables dissapear... When we then change it to > 0, all tables reappear. This means that the value of 'IncludedRowsCount' bookmark evaluates to its actual value when directly filling it in, but evaluates to 0 when using it in a SKIPIF statement. Does anyone know how this works under the hood, and/or perhaps knows of any workaround? Kind regards, Jari

Registry setting 358 - Handling of links when changing hostname
Hi, As described here: Mailings: Handling of links when changing hostname (migration or onsite) , you can set a registry setting with allowed hostnames for the hash calculation of links in the mailings, so that they don't break after mgirating to Online (and you have put in a redirect at the old/OnSite domain). I have been trying different combinations of getting this to work, but no matter what I do, I get the an error with that the link is invalid: Example: Customer domain is 'superoffice.label.company.nl', working link in a mailing for the current onsite environment is: https://superoffice.label.company.nl/scripts/customer.fcgi?action=ejLink&key=2358:8915:2383:dc31c93739640ec674e393dae1ef0a275c945e7d&sai=1571556 New link in their Online environment would be: https://online2.superoffice.com/<tenant>/CS/scripts/customer.fcgi?action=ejLink&key=2358:8915:2383:dc31c93739640ec674e393dae1ef0a275c945e7d&sai=1571556 I filled in the registry setting 358 the following CRMScript: SearchEngine seRegUpdate; seRegUpdate.addData("registry.value", "superoffice.label.company.nl,online2.superoffice.com"); seRegUpdate.addCriteria("registry.reg_id", "OperatorEquals", "358"); seRegUpdate.update(); But accessing the link to the online environment still throws a link not valid error. How is this supposed to work?

Panels in SO Settings and Maintenance does not show any data
I installed the lastes SuperOffice Onprem version 10.5.4, and everything went well. When I logged into the SoAdmin 'Settings and Maintenance' the screen looked like this. The menu is there, but no content in the panels on the rigth. When I go into the 'Developer tools' in Chrome, an error shows up, - here it is It seem like the problem is with the SCIL javescript. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. We tried removing the whole installation, and doing a reinstall, both on the new database and the existing one. Does anyone know, what this problem can be solved ?
