What to do when the newsletters get blacklisted after sending them out from SuperOffice Mailing?
Bijgewerkt op 6 mei 2025I use SuperOffice Mailings to send communication to the customers. Many of the mailings are blacklisted and reported as spam. What can I do about it?
There are many possible causes of your messages being blacklisted. Please read some of them below:
- The recipient list that you use has a poor quality. We suggest using subscription management to make sure that your sent messages a relevant to your recipients.
- If you are using the SuperOffice CRM Online platform please read this FAQ which explains how to avoid being marked as Spam.
- If you use SuperOffice Onsite, it could be that links created in the newsletters have the format referring to customer.exe. The .exe referral is seen as a threat by spam filters. To avoid this, try using a URL rewrite or link shortener to hide 'customer.exe' in the links. If this does not help, please register a support request.
- It could be that you had some temporary issues, but after you resolved them your domain or IP address already lost a good reputation.
To check if your domain is blacklisted you can use a free web service like MXToolbox.
