This sounds great and something we have missed for a long time.
As heavy users of Customer Service, I do hope that it will offer capabilities similar to the Outlook plugin so that we can either create a new case from a chat or add it to an existing case.

Hi Ole, thanks for your feedback already before the pilot. Great to read that you are about to join the pilot.
The feature to create a request will not be in the first release of SuperOffice for Teams. However, it is definitely on our roadmap to add this feature, like in SuperOffice for Outlook.
