Currently none of those options are supported in the screen designer, in the mean time you can use a 'hybrid' approach by enabling the custom objects functionality, but use the 'old' service screens for viewing/modification, you can do this by configuring the edit and display screen choosers of the custom table. The custom objects functionality will use these if present instead of showing the screen designer screen.

Hi Tony or Samuel, there is no possible to create in Sales a List to get Relation to Company, but I can create Links in Screen Designer, just I don't want hard code it like in Screenshots. Is Possible in crm scripts to implement this links for its Name and soprotocol? Thanks!

What I notice a little is that the AI finds it very difficult to train certain habits. It has a lot of trouble, especially when querying customer-specific fields. Even after about over 6 attempts, it still doesn't give me the desired results. It also has some trouble with follow-up tasks. In addition, the New Service module is very poorly connected, it makes no distinction between tickets with open/closed status despite numerous attempts to correct them. If I explicitly ask for open requests, it simply brings me everything. Even when I ask for requests for projects, it doesn't give me most of them. The AI tool completely loses the configuration when writing emails and it also translates automatically generated attachments. The tool is not a great relief at the moment, but it has great potential. In spite of everything, it also produces very good and precise results. But the downs are still in the majority to the ups at the moment.

Hi Dick. It follows the settings for the Request Category You can set it to follow the users prefereces also. Then each user can decide themself.

Hi Ole. Thak you for this feedback. I have seen lot of customers trying to "mimic" the old Service by adding lot of informaiton at the top of the screen, but often miss the key tool for this. "Grids" So insted of adding information in one long list like this: You can use the space lie this: And also use the top right corner next too the favorit. You can also use different screens for different teams or types of requets. This can help you remove data that is not needed for everyine or for every task.
