SuperOffice for Outlook on Mac

Hi!   I would like to add Super Office to my private Mac. I have downloaded Outlook and SO Web Tools, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work to download SO add-in for Outlook. In the Outlook app store, I download the SO for Outlook add-in, log in with my job credentials but then while downloading/installing I get this message: "Taking you to Microsoft 365 to complete this process." Nothing happens and this keeps spinning for hours. If I click on the cross, the add-in is still not downloaded and I cannot for example open emails from SO into the outlook app or save emails into SO.  Please someone tell me if it's even possible to work SO for Outlook on a Mac (Macbook Air M1 with latest software update) so I can go to using 1 computer instead of needing the Windows computer for sending & saving emails

I think you will need to reach out to our support in this case , and they can look in logs and investigate this further.

SMTP issue with Exchange server

Hello we tried to use for customer service an Exchange server to send email over smtp. But we get te error below. The servers are using valid self signed certificats. And we even did not select the SSL option in the settings dialog. Has anyone an idea, where the certificate could be missing?   Outbox::sendMails() Error: SmtpCurl error: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates.  SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate(220)   Thanks

Automaticly put a mailadresse in Copy on answered in a ticket.

Hi.  I would need some help to do a task in the service portal.  One of our customer would like that when we answered in a ticket it will automaticly go an answered in copy to a another mailadress as well as the reciepient.  I think this is something that could be fixed with a macro but I dont know with parameters that is correct to use for this.  Does anyone has done this before and know how to make this?

"A task was cancelled" on quote alternative - what does it mean?

Hi forum   I have a user who experienced this error message - i suspect it could have something to do with their quote connector, but i can't really seem to find that error message anywhere. It has not happened since, for as far as i know, but im just looking for an explanation.   Anyone knows what it means?   The user explains that it came up after duplicating the "Products" alternative, changing the title to 2023-11-08 and then made "Products" the favourite alternative.   Thanks

Hi Samuel I'm of the cloud Version from SuperOffice. I don't know that it give a new Version. Problem is that my firm need this new Menu yet. How can i move to the new Version ? Thanks for your reply

separated profile for other Usergroup

Hi,  I have created new Profile for Tickets Header in CS old Service Modul. How could I asign this to other Usergroup or User then default, so that only this group has this View. By the Way, is possible to define separated Email-Tag for other Usergroup or Ticket Category?   Thanks!

Source For Sale Not Pulling Through

Hi, to see how a sale was generated we use the source section (Cold Call, Web order etc) on the details bar once completed. However, the source is not pulling through although is visible. Has anybody had this problem before? I've already cleared my cookies but nothing seems to work. Thanks.

Search in Mobile CRM on first names or last names will not find anything

When searching in Mobile CRM  there is only one search field. When searching for companys it works fine. But searching for persons by first name or last name will almost fail - not every time. The freetext search is enabled and updated (or renewed ) last night. And we have a setting: Search single-word search operator/Multi-word search operator  = contains. Not sure - but if we switched this setting to Starts with - it looks to work better.  Is there a recommodation for this?

The freetext settings for single and multi-word Starts/Contains/Equals only affects the freetext search in the client. (The freetext search box in the upper right corner) The navigator and mobile searches use freetext search with their own built-in settings, and are not affected. They are affected by the state of the freetext index, so if the freetext index is incomplete, it will not find the records it should. You can verify this by editing a record and saving it - this will trigger the incremental freetext indexer and update the freetext index. If the search now works then you have an incomplete index. Web + Mobile client version numbers would be helpful in diagnosing this issue further.
