AI services items are empty

SuperOffice has implemented the AI pilot in our CRM system, but it seems like I cannot get it to work properly. As can be seen in the screenshot, the categorizations stays empty. Also, we don't get to see any AI items added when working on a ticket. We do work with a different script page when working with our tickets. Could this be the reason that this doesn't work for us?

Title populated with the text from the first paragraph?

Hi I know the Pilot program is over, but I am asking here as it a relevant question :) We have seen that the Title is generated from the description text. I would nice to know what is the criteria for selecting the new Title. Does NewFollowUp cut the text from the first paragraph and insert that as the Title of the appointment?   If alot of text is written in the first paragraph, the title is very long and it appears that the text is gone from the Agenda. I tested this on local OnPrem. So i could feature Toggle NewFollowUp on and off. So I can see that the text data is still there. Nothing is deleted, but visually it seems to be gone. As the Title field contains the text up to the first paragraph. (Sorry for the Bacon Ipsum text :)

Thank you for the link, David. I knew I had read something about the issue. That was the link you sent. There are some customers now that has a Title field that is very long, and we perhaps need to look into merging the Title and Agenda back again.  So we can create a shorter title and the agenda is complete again. Since the description field was used slightly different from user to user, the pattern was a little difficult to see

'Selection module' custom objects

Hi, SOD release SuperOffice CRM Online 10.3 Build main_10.3.7_2024.06.04-09 now contains the follow option on the top menu task button: Here you can see your custom tables and create a search on it, with no way to save it as a selection. (?) Why was it chosen to do it like this? Users are used to searching for things using the find button: and then open existing selections using the selection menu.  Users do not always know (and shoud not need to know) what entities are 'standard' and what are 'custom objects', so it is not a good user experience to have to explain customers that for 'normal entities' you can search using find/selection, and for custom objects you need to go to an entirely seperate menu.  Why not integrate it into the find menu as a seperate icon per custom object (and having you set a custom icon for it) Something like this: Or just a single tile with a dropdown for which custom object This would be much more natural for the normal user.

Hi, Unfortunately it will stay as svg since this is the format which is easiest to actually scale properly. It should be easy to find free svg icons that suit your needs. /Michel

We will deploy a new pilot version of WebTools for Windows today: WebTools for Windows pilot release 13.0.177 SuperOffice CRM Online will automatically detect new versions of WebTools and offer pilot users to update. WebTools can also be downloaded manually by pliot users from the download menu inside SuperOffice

Can't create dashboards based on fields from custom table

Introduce new field type, UDList relation field

Currently there is no way to natively create a field that points to an UDList. We currently do this by creating a number field and just storing the ID there and doing all the display and saving logic ourselves in customs screens, but that obviously doesn't work with the new custom objects functionality. It would be great if this is natively supported. The 'list' fields you currently can create do not support multi language items and store the text representation of the selected list item directly, instead of a ID reference. This makes working with them a lot harder (for example when updating/deleting list items)

This is also important for importing with DataBridge. So far you are not able to fill / update an extra field that contains a list. Since there is no relation to a an UD list. In DataBridge you have this option At the moment you cant import to an extra field that contains a list or import to the extra field to populate new values.

Sub fields not selected when selecting custom object node while configuring columns

When selecting the table node when configuring columns, all sub fields are not automatically checked: toggling Object node: Nothing happens with the sub fields.

'Header list' name not used as column name in target table archive

Hi, We are currently doing a new implementation of SuperOffice at a customer where we hope to use the new custom objects functionality as much as possible. One of the things we noticed setting up the custom tables that when you have a extra table relation, it does not use the 'header list' field as column name, but the name of the column. Example: Object table: Object status is an extra table relation field to a seperate table 'object status': The header list is configured as 'Object status'. Object status has 2 fields, name and registered:   In the auto generated archive the column is shown with column name 'Name' instead of 'Object Status': Expected that this would be 'Object Status'. Tested on version: SuperOffice CRM Online 10.3 Build Release_10.3.6_2024.05.21-01

Archive not reloaded after modify/delete of item

If you modify or delete a entry in a custom table, the archive is not reloaded automatically. Version: SuperOffice CRM Online 10.3 Build main_10.3.5_2024.04.24-01

+1, this should hopefully be a quick fix, currently it is quite annoying that this refresh is not being applied properly.
