How to mass update information in SuperOffice CRM

When you want to mass update information registered in your SuperOffice database, you can do this by using the bulk update feature.

Bulk update allows you to change, add and remove data from almost any field inside your SuperOffice database. And not just for one contact or company at a time, but as many as you can select.

The feature may be especially useful in helping you to get your current CRM data GDPR ready.

You can use bulk update from a:

  • Selection
  • Company card
  • Diary
  • Sale
  • Project

To be able to use bulk update, you need to be assigned the functional rights. This is done in Settings & Maintenance by your CRM administrator.
