Why the new Diary experience?
As part of our exciting new UI launch, we’ve been rethinking how you interact with your customer data. That’s why we’re introducing a refreshed Diary experience for you as a SuperOffice user.
The new Diary experience is all about making things easier and more intuitive for you, so it stays an essential part of your daily routine. We want you to feel in control when using it, and with the updated design, it’s not only more user-friendly but also looks great.
What’s new in the Diary?
In Diary, you have two options for keeping your day organized. Calendar view is dedicated to your calendar, while the to-do list shows your overdue follow-ups, documents and sales. This is the difference between the two views:
Vertical/side-by-side view: Focus on scheduling and managing your time. Sort by teams or members and get a total overview of availability.
To-do list: Keep track of tasks and actions to stay productive. Stay on top of your workload with a quick glance.
The new layout maximizes screen space, providing a cleaner and more expansive work environment. This allows users to focus on what matters most and minimizes the clutter of unnecessary elements.
Planned milestones: What’s next?
All customers will be notified before they receive the update. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect in the coming months:
For Online customers: Starting roll-out to customers gradually during January and February. Customers with test-environments will get their test environment in the new UI.
For Onsite customers: In April we plan to have the new version ready and Onsite customers can upgrade to our latest version.
Looking ahead: Further user experience improvements
The new Diary experience is just one part of what’s to come. Further down the road, we will also introduce a new mobile CRM experience. We are committed to continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing both the user experience and the overall functionality of the CRM. Q: When can I try the new Diary experience?
A: We will release in waves starting in February for cloud customers. You will receive more information before it comes your way, especially if you need to prepare for bigger changes, such as for Screen Designer customers. For onsite customers, we will start roll-out during April of 2025.
Q: Will I be able to choose between the old version and new?
A: We believe this change is so requested that everyone is getting the new version, but with the possibility to make some adjustments using preferences (e.g. changing the to-do list back).
Q: Can I access it now?
A: If you’d like to get access to the new SuperOffice Diary experience now, please reach out to your SuperOffice or partner contact to get an early access invitation.
Q: What if I don’t understand the new UI, or I need support?
