Archive Emails trigger

Hello!

I am writing a script that creates a follow-up a few days after specific emails are archived. But I realised that archiving an email is not detected by triggers or by webhooks. I tried reading through a few forum entries, and found that some people use the "MailLink Document Archived command" preference as a trigger, but I don't understand how to use it. In the pop-up that comes up when I try to add a preference, I am able to link to a command. Should I just add the doScript-link from my CRMScript there to use it as a trigger, or how does it work?

Or should I use something else as a trigger for when my email is archived, that allows me to run a CRM-script?

Hi,

Archiving an email should trigger the document.created webhook. (The before/after document save triggers do indeed not get triggered from Maillink/SOFO)

It does not trigger the document.created or document.changed webhook for me, when I create a document/email normally the webhook is triggered but when I archive an email it is not. Even though I can find the archived email in the activities tab after. I use the Maillink connection, not the SOFO, but in a perfect scenario I want my script to get triggered from both.

Hi Beata,

Triggers are only supported inside the SuperOffice web client and mobile application. They are not supported today from integrations such as Maillink and SOFO.

Your feedback is important to us, so we will give this the attention and prioritize it.

Best regards!

Hello! Okay, good to know, So if I understand correctly, right now it is not possible to trigger a script in SuperOffice online when I have archived an email from outlook? :)
