Limit size of attachment (Customer Service)

Is it possible to limit size of attachments in Customer Service? Our customer's smtp-mailserver doesn't support sending files larger than 20MB so it would nice to show some error upfront.

Hi Mikko,
You could create a trigger outbox script to block outgoing messages with attachments larger then 20 MB, and add a message to the ticket that the attachment is too larger for example.
