Can we download 10.2.5 Onsite?

Version 10.2.5 Onsite is released but I can't find a download button, also what about NuGet packages? Will they be released today also?

Could not load file or assembly 'Serilog, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=24c2f752a8e58a10'

I have installed the newest Onsite version 10.2.1, but when i try to start it I get an error saying: Could not load file or assembly 'Serilog, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=24c2f752a8e58a10' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. The funny thing is that I often just can click update page or sometimes I have to close the brower and open it again, then it works. I have tried to reinstall but the error remains. Anyone have seen it before? Any thought?

Release SuperOffice Onsite 10.2.5

When can we expect 10.2.5 to be release for onsite? It has been delayed 2 times now, and the date for release is now in the past.

Hi Erik, thanks for the response! I understand the delay, slow and steady wins the race 😃 Just wondering when the actual release was planned now since we are eagerly awaiting it, it solves some of the issues we currently have with the new ticket management

On Premise support from the new Outlook web app

Hi All, I have been advised by Guttorm to log this query on community, and it relates to the new Outlook web application, which users are getting prompted to move to.  Currently with this web app you can only archive emails to the online version of SuperOffice, however our on-premise customers are asking when this will be available for them.  Do we have any updates on where this is in the development roadmap? Hi All, Thanks for your comments, This is the reponse I have from SuperOffice support this morning. "We are looking in to different solutions to handle the usage of new Outlook but we see that there is no out of the box solution for our Onsite customers (yet). If Mail-Link is essential for the workflow of the customer then we recommend the customer to not activate the new Outlook for windows.  Web Tools should still be able to open e-mails in ''old'' Outlook even if ''new'' Outlook is activated, but this is not tested fully and we don´t have any official statements regarding supporting this. The internal inbox is also a solution for customers, if the customer wants/needs to go over to ''new'' Outlook for Windows. As Microsofts communication, webapp is quite limited which means that it won't be a replacement as long as it stays limited in it's use." Trevor

How are on premise customers handling integration with Teams

Hi All, Has anyone with on-premise customers worked out an affective way to mange the SuperOffice diary with regards to Teams appointments.  Ideally our customers want to create an appointment in SuperOffice and add the participants into the meeting, create a Teams meeting from this appointment, and then email everyone the appointment details.  This cannot be done in on premise SuperOffice. The best workaround I can find for anyone who have Synchoriser, is to create the appointmentment in SuperOffice, wait for it to sync to Outlook, turn it into a Team meeting in Outlook without inviting people in.  Wait for it to sync back to SuperOffice with the Teams meeting details in it, and then add the participants and email them the details, which is really not great.  But SuperOffice have said they will not include the Teams integration for on premise customers. The application pools reloads because the batch service and it's config files are located in the bin folder, changes within that bin folder always cause a application pool to restart, that is normal behavior.

Connecting to NetServer; "IServiceProvider is not registered with NetServer"

I am trying to create a session for the NetServer version 10.2.1 the program will read the connecting from SuperOffie in order to test for trusted connection, but I get an error saying: "IServiceProvider is not registered with NetServer" System.Configuration.Configuration config = ConfigurationManager.OpenExeConfiguration(ePath + ".config"); string ConnectionString = SuperOffice.Configuration.ConfigFile.Data.Database.ConnectionString; What does that mean?

Email validation fails on Web-Forms on elements-field ContactEmail

Hi, I have a webform setup and have used the contact-email  SuperOffice element field  to be the e-mailadres field of my form. To test the the form  I have setup some temporary e-mail addresses  like e.g.:  test1@mydomain.com , test2@mydomain.com  etc.   The question is , how is this validated and why are my "valid" and existing e-mailaddresses marked as "not valid" and non-exising made-up e-mailaddreses are markt as "valid". Hope someone can clearify this behaviour and how we can fix this.   br/ Mehmet  PS: 8.5 R17 on-prem.

Hi Alexander, Thank you for the insight , this is/was verry helpful. Did a check with NSLookup and turns out that  NSlookup  for our own domains fails to get the mx records internally. We have to look if we want to correct this. Thank you!

service reply template with link into prefilled field forms does not work as expected

Hi I have created a very basic questionary form in superoffice and an idea is, that when our customer server sends out an email where is a link into our questionary form, an existing customer email should be ready as prefilled field. For that we are using variable [[customer.email]]. Link in reply template looks as follows: https://ourserver/cs/scripts/customer.fcgi?action=formFrame&formId=xxxxxx&field_email=[[customer.email]]​ When customer clicks on the link, form looks like it should with prefilled email address in it and visually it looks ok. But when i look reporting from forms, i can see, that user has not be recognized and it requires some action in order to link it into correct customer. I tested the same without prefilled fields, so customer needs to type an email address manually and then it work correctly. Then i checked a link on reply message (with prefilled field) and notice, that there is some additional text behind email address. mergefield in "template for quote document"

Hi All,  I want to generate a delivery note document for my quotes. I have tried using the "template for quote document" but the mergefield don't seem to work. Am I missing something or is this simply not possible? Do I have any alternatives? The delivery note needs to contain all the lines from the quote   The "quote details" and "order confirmation" templates is already in use. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
