Stop loud Alarm from WebTools

Hello,

how can I cancel the alert from all calender appointments? I get a very noisy rinning bell for every appointment. I dont want to have any rinning bell, but I cant find how to stop this. 

I know that you can cancel the alert inside of the invitation, but I guess there is a smarter way to stop that notification beside going inside of every appointment manually and click on "no alert"...

Hi Alexander. 

 

This is how I did it on my computer:
I triggerd the larm and during the larm i went in to mixer on the computer and muted all sound from SuperOffice webtools. 

 

  1. Create an appointment in less than 1h in the future from now, 
  2. Turn alarm on and mark the time to be 1h before the appointment.
  3. Now right click on SuperOffice trayapp and then click on “Check Alarm”
  4. The alarm should now show up:
  5. Right click on the speaker and chose “Open Volume mixer”

  6. Look for the SuperOffice logo and mute it
