Hi everyone,
Conditional fields are now avaialble in your enviorment ready for testing. We are wondering if the new feature is intuitive to use and wether it covers all the use cases you have related to conditional fields. Thank you testing!
Quick guide: Conditional fields in Forms
Conditional fields let you show follow-up questions only when they’re relevant.
This helps you create shorter, smarter forms with a better flow.
What you can do
- Show extra questions based on answers
- Create simple “if this → then show that” logic
- Build a clear structure of related questions
How to use it
1. Add a “controlling” field
Start with a field that will decide what happens next
(e.g. a dropdown or rating field).
2. Add a related field
Click “Add related field” on an option or value
A new field will be created right below
It will automatically get a condition
Example:
If user selects “11-50” employees, show a field asking “Do you have a dedicated HR department?”
3. A related field can also have its own related fields.
Question → Follow-up → Deeper follow-up
Bas Kreijveld I have enabled Conditional fields to your SOD site Cust37762.
Jonas Johansson, Ulrich Klein, Simen Mostuen Iversen Conditional fields are enabled on your sites in production, the feature will be available after next recycle of the tenants, which normally happen during night time.
HI Trude,
Is this enabled on Cust32077, as I cannot see the option to Add Related Fields to my dropdown field.
Many thanks,
Trevor
Hi Trude,
The conditional fields addition to the SuperOffice forms it just brilliant. We have been working on the scoping of a new SuperOffice marketing site this week, and they wanted us to recreate their contact us form from their website. Their form has a number of different options available depending on what is selected in the previous field. With the new SuperOffice Conditional Fields we were able to re-create their form, as a proof of concept, in our own system.
Really looking forward to seeing this on general release, absolutely fantastic 😀.
