Logged in and Logged out time shown the same and time online is 0 in Service

Description
- In service module go to Statistics > Login statistics
- Search for users login details
Observed that: Logged out and Time online is not showing correct. Logged out is the same like Logged in time and Time online is shown as 0.
Expected that: Logged out and Time online to show correct information.
