For customers that have created special custom screens for Custom objects thru blogic, we will support a hybrid solution to allow for these screens to be detected and used even if FeatureToggle for CustomObjects is enabled. 
If we detect that screen chooser for Display or Edit is enabled these will be triggered instead of SCIL component.
