Visualize your work with Board view for requests 

Tired of endless lists? The new Board view in Selections lets you manage requests  in a clear, visual layout. Sort and group them by status, priority, type, or owner, and move requests between columns with a simple drag-and-drop.

Open previews or edit requests directly from the board so you can reply to customers or leave internal notes without losing your overview. 

 

Create requests instantly from a contact 

No need to break your flow when a customer shares an issue. Just right-click on the contact, select Create request, add details, and save. Your service team will be alerted right away.

This shortcut is available anywhere contacts are listed; whether in sales stakeholders, project members, or the company/contact tabs in Selections. 

 

Video meetings on the go

Mobile CRM now makes it easier to stay connected wherever you are. With a few taps, generate a video meeting link and invite participants directly from your phone.

Tripletex has entered the building!

Tripletex is the latest ERP system to connect with SuperOffice. This integration helps ensure your CRM and ERP data stay perfectly aligned, opening the door to new efficiency gains and revenue opportunities. But this is not all, more ERP connections are on the way!
