We are moving SOD partner tenants to Azure Public Cloud

We are in the process of migrating all SOD tenants to Azure. This applies to all tenants except those using database mirroring.

This means that we will start to move them in bulk and monitor the process.

From now on, new tenants will also be created directly in Azure.
