We have a custom field in ej_message table, which we would like to show directly, when answering to customer or to 3rd party. But user defined fields does not show up when we reply or forward the message. After sending message, there is possibility to open and fill the field up. Is there possibility to make it visible in message while typing new message? This worked in old service well and because of this, currently we must use partly old service in older to use this field during answering routine.
