Learn how to copy SuperOffice contacts to Mac Contacts

1. Create a selection in SuperOffice of the contacts you wish to copy to Mac Contacts.
    
2. Open SuperOffice WebTools App (the owl icon on the system toolbar) and click on the Preferences option.
   
    
    
3. In the Superoffice WebTools Preference window, the Address book section, From selection field (1), select the selection that has been created in SuperOffice CRM and click Copy now (2).

Learn how to copy SuperOffice appointments to the Mac iCal Calendar

1. Open SuperOffice WebTools App (the owl icon on the system toolbar) and click on the Preferences option.
   
    
    
2. In the Superoffice WebTools Preference window, the Calendar section chooses the options, which will be applied to copied appointments and click Copy now. 
   
   
   
   
    
3. This will copy one month back and all future appointments forward from SuperOffice to the Mac iCal calendar.
   
   Note! If no appointments were copied, make sure that in Security & Privacy settings in the Calendars section, SuperOffice Web tools has access (tick next to application) to your calendar.
