Order DKIM key

Uppdaterad på 10. sep. 2026

Set up DKIM for your sending domains

Before we can generate a DKIM key for your domain, we need to verify that you have access to an email address on that domain. Please provide an email address that uses one of the domains you want to configure for DKIM.

How it works

  1. Complete the form to request a DKIM setup.
  2. You will receive a DKIM key from SuperOffice.
  3. Add the DKIM key as a DNS TXT record for your domain.
  4. Validate the DKIM record to ensure it has propagated correctly.
  5. Reply to us and confirm that the DKIM validation was successful.
  6. We will update your SuperOffice CRM Online account to use the new DKIM settings.
  7. A SuperOffice administrator must add the new sending domain in Settings & Maintenance before it can be used for mailings or email communication from the Service module.

Important:Configuring DKIM does not automatically make the domain available in SuperOffice. After the DKIM setup is completed, a SuperOffice administrator must add the sending domain before it can be selected for mailings or used by the Service module.
