  • Hi Dan.  We have some tools for automation, called triggers and Macros. But there is no macro for creating a document. So even if you use "after save new appointment"  There will be no macro for generating the document, you can create sales, or other types of enteties, but not documents. So this will have to be set up with script.

  • The more field tab being completely locked seems solved now, but you still can't define columns on it:   This is possible when creating a new tab:   Seems strange to not allow this on the more tab.

  • Hi Could you help to clarify how this new option works in new follow up. Previously you could select who should recieve an email alert. Now it seems that its all participants. Internal and external recieves an email? Before you would normally not e-mail alert internal users. Since they were already alerted in the SuperOffice calendar. Or you would choose to alert internal users also by e-mail   Previously you would select who would get the email. And if someone was added to the meeting later, you could choose to only email the new participant. And send the invite without all participants recieveing a new email. We have done some testing at it seems that there are differences in internal and external alerts. Probably with the same logic as before, but the new checkbox send to all attendees is new. And it would be nice if you could clarify about this topic.

  • Also agree with David. Our Goal should allways be to reduce clicks. this in general applies to add the current sale/project, when currently you need at least 2 clicks more or even 4 if you need to add a project and a sale.

  • Hi david,   Ok i will do what you suggested. Here is the current second-level Scripts which is scheduled in Tasks below in Screenshots. it will be started monthly on first calendar day. I will limit the numer of Tickets in Array in each Scripts so that it dosnot hit the Task Limit, that means I will allocate all Tickets to be copied in more second-level Scripts then schedule them in more jobs to be started in each hour Distence, and setup the Traces for all second-level Scripts. Thanks!

  • News: New Follow-up support for Synchronizer Extensive testing has been performed - and we are now ready to allow customers who uses Synchronizer to participate in the pilot program for New Follow-up: we will now start to enable New Follow-up for some of the customers who uses Synchronizer and have signed up to the pilot program. More customers who uses Synchronizer will get it next week.   Note! With the introduction of formatted content (HTML) in the SuperOffice follow-up, it is worth mentioning that synchronizing such content between two platforms comes with some things to take into account.   • Hi Ester.  Thank you for the reply. A filter option would be nice. For a large meeting there is a very small part of the screen being used for showing participants. A way to use more of the screen could be to add a manage participants option. Like the check availability option, that loads a different screen. There is some participant management in the check availability section, but it does not really show if a participant has accepted the meeting.
