Find support for your apps
How you find support depends upon the app you need help with. Generally, the vendor that made the app will support the app.
- SuperOffice apps
Apps created by SuperOffice (Mobile CRM, SuperOffice for Outlook etc.) are supported by SuperOffice Support.
Please search in FAQs and forum conversations before registering a request.
- InfoBridge apps
Apps created by InfoBridge (Synchronizer, DataBridge etc.) are supported by SuperOffice support.
Please try to solve your problem by searching in the InfoBridge Knowledge Base before registering a support request.
- Other apps
Each vendor provides support for their app.
In the app page in the SuperOffice App Store, you will find the Contact Support link on the left side. Click it to get support from the vendor of the app.
