Hi, Currently, it's all or nothing for invitations. Either everyone will get an email or no one will, depending on the checkbox of course. We did try to create a more flexible solution, but technical constraints in the new system made it challenging, and the potensial solution seem confusing, so we went with the all or nothing solution. The apperance of an e-mail will be different depending on if it is an external recipient or an internal (basically the same logic as before) due to icals and such. However, your feedback is important, and it is not the first time I have gotten this questions, so I will keep in mind as we continue to refine the system. Hopefully, we can find a solution down the line, if it continues to be strugglesome. Thank you!

Hi there, Some companies/contacts/sales etc will fall under multiple SAINT categories. When visualising this, it will display the highest priority image on the company card. I think it would be great to expand SAINT visualisation possibilities with Screen Designer - by making a SAINT Image Visual element. From here you could select which SAINT image appears, and maybe you could draw out with a square tool where you want the image to apply, or be able to move it freely The idea being that you could have a SAINT image in the centre as well as one smaller one next to the company name, etc..

Since a few days some users cannot use PocketCRM. They see the error described in the heading. It looks, that all users have this issue, where PocketCRM was updated a few days ago. Users with the older version still can work. With safari all users can reach remote/services88/pocket.svc and they can use SuperOffice WEB We are on WEB Version 10.1.6 on site. We tried the typical things like reinstalling the app and entering the url for connection. In the log on the server there is nothing about PocketCRM / Mobile CRM. Sp I guess that the message is exact what happened. It must be something with the VPN - that was not changed in the last weeks. What can be the reason for this?

Hi Dan. We have some tools for automation, called triggers and Macros. But there is no macro for creating a document. So even if you use "after save new appointment" There will be no macro for generating the document, you can create sales, or other types of enteties, but not documents. So this will have to be set up with script.

The more field tab being completely locked seems solved now, but you still can't define columns on it: This is possible when creating a new tab: Seems strange to not allow this on the more tab.
