how to find the last changed status date and the user who make this change for a ticket

Hi, i want to know where is the last status changed date for a Ticket and who (the user) has make this last changed ? In a other way, i have the closed_at Date but how can i find who has closed a ticket ? Thanks for your help. Fabrice

Documents not uploaded in project guide

Hi, we run several projects simultaneously over a period of often months at a time and have to upload/link a number of documents in the process that need to be available at later stages (document from A and B need to be submitted to C, and so on). Is there a report or overview that can be gotten from SuperOffice that either shows the documents that have been uploaded and thus the activity completed or the other way around which ones are still missing? I was unable to find anything so far without the potential need to program anything. We are using the web version of SuperOffice. BR Mathias

How to get information about sales customer from Sale via API?

I have successfully been able to fetch information about Projects and Sales via the SuperOffice API. Additionally, I have been able to fetch information about Sale/Project connections via the Links call. However, there are some fields my client would like me to fetch from the Sales tab, for example the customer/company of the given Sale. What I am referring to is the field named "Firma" ("Company" in Norwegian). I did not find this info via a standard Sale API call towards this specific Sale. How can I fetch this information via the API?

Tracking performance of forms - Google analytics

We are using some SuperOffice forms on our site to make it easy for customers to ask for help, driving leads etc. In the forms it´s possible to ad our Google Analytics code for some kind of tracking. We have set it up according to whats possible to do (as far as I know) However, the numbers does not ad up. If i compare Forms in GA its not how many times the page where the form is iFramed loaded GA shows 483 forms in period, pageloads shows 1223 in same timeframe If i compare Forms in GA its not how many times a customer sent the form GA shows 483 forms in period, SuperOffice statistics shows 23 answer in actual form in same timeframe When asking SuperOffice support "whats being tracked?" They does not seem to know themself and referes to Google for sorting this... In my head it seems rather weird that you dont know what data is sent from you application and when? I agree that google is the one to approach in questions about HOW its presented in GA but in this matter i´m wondering WHAT data is sent from FORM to GA and WHEN?  Anybody that knows what is actually tracked? Anyone sitting on the solution on how to sort this? What i´m trying to find out is actually how efficient we are in driving for example leads. I would like to be able to compare performance of this in just one plattform instead of needing to like into different systems and coputing the data manually.  Thanks in advance

I just tried to create some GA4 events on this: ...but I'm not getting any data at all from my test site. It's been a few years since I configured GA and everything has changed, so I might have missed something.  I see that this message keeps popping up, som I may have to wait a day and try again:   If you installed tags more than 48 hours ago, make sure they are set up correctly.

How do I fetch info on sales connected to a given project via API?

Hi I am trying to fetch sales connected to a project via the API, but could not find the correct URL for this request. In SuperOffice web it is possible to connect a sale to a given project. Can anyone help me understand how I can get information about the connected sales to a given project via the API?   Requests URLs I use for fetching information about sales and projects, respectively: https://online.superoffice.com/CustXXXXX/api/v1/Sale (GET) https://online.superoffice.com/CustXXXXX/api/v1/Project (GET)

Customer center customization/changes

Hi   We've had numerous requests to improve the customer portal user interface from our customers. Does some guide lines / documentation exist to be able to change column widths, number of requests shown per page etc.  Even some documentation which source files are used for what pages etc.? I can also see that some of the source files refers to variable names - where are they defined? Dashboard with timeusage on tasks per company

Hi We've created different task types (Example: Service, Configuration, Installation) and use those for work being done on different tasks. I would like to be able to create some dashboards where I can see the total time/duration used on these tasks based  on company name within a certain period. Does anyone have any experience on this? Is it even possible to get the duration on a task in the dashboard, I've not been able to find this.   Best regards Ole

Note that a 'duration' field has been added to the relavant archives (10.2.1 version for OnSite). Thank you anonymous person from R&D for reading along ;)

Cloudya CRM integration

Hello Everyone, I am trying to integrate Superoffice into Cloudya for a customer of ours. To do that the customer bought CRM Connect+ licences.  I have been provided the with following step-by-step guide https://www.nfon.com/en/service/documentation/manuals/cloudya/desktop-app/cloudya-desktop-app-manual/b-using-the-app/cloudya-crm-connect. I have been informed that Superoffice can be integrated into Cloudya In Steps 4-6 of the guide Superoffice does not appear in the drop down. So my first question is wether it is true that the integration works with the the mentioned CRM licence. Does anyone have experience with that? kind regards Daniel

We, Amesto Solutions, have a prgram we call Phone Integration. I am not certain but I think that it will be able to connect via what we call generic protocol, to your Cloudya-Desktop app and react to incoming call, and show the name as well as a few buttons to create appointments and show company/person data etc., as well as making outgoing call straight fom SuperOffice by pressing numbers. call crmScript without login

Hi,  How can I call a crmscript (it give me JSON back) without login. We are on the cloud superoffice. I have a script, wenn a call with blogic.fcgi in a private browser, the loginmask are showing. Wenn i call with customer.fcgi i did nothing. Could you help me ? Thanks
