by the way, how to create element for Timespan in Screen? there is an existing element-type for Form elements/Select timespan, but if i created, it shows me no list of hours and Minitues i can select.

Currently, when enabling the "Show one-to-many relations", the table is shown automatically in the archive overview of the contact card. However, sometimes it can be beneficial to also show the table results in the archive overview of the company card. Basically, this would be the same logic as with activities, sales etc. If a contact is related to a company, then the extra table output should be shown in the company archives as well. Or at least, this could be a toggle option (as added in red below)

If you modify or delete a entry in a custom table, the archive is not reloaded automatically. Version: SuperOffice CRM Online 10.3 Build main_10.3.5_2024.04.24-01

Hi, As soon as your custom table has an company/contact/project/sale relation field defined with the option ' Show one-to-many relations ' enabled, it shows up in CRM, this includes the option to modify/add/delete individual entries. It would be great if you could control these on a per table basis, so you can have custom tables which contain information from external systems (very common use case) without the user having options to add/modify/delete individual entries. Something like this;

In replies to Requests/tickets, is there a way to send inline images as attachments instead of an url to the image on the superoffice server? This is how the raw html body of a response look now. I would rather have the <img> tag point to an attachment in the email.

The freetext settings for single and multi-word Starts/Contains/Equals only affects the freetext search in the client. (The freetext search box in the upper right corner) The navigator and mobile searches use freetext search with their own built-in settings, and are not affected. They are affected by the state of the freetext index, so if the freetext index is incomplete, it will not find the records it should. You can verify this by editing a record and saving it - this will trigger the incremental freetext indexer and update the freetext index. If the search now works then you have an incomplete index. Web + Mobile client version numbers would be helpful in diagnosing this issue further.

We found the reason with SuperOffie Support (Thank you Karolina) In the current version only https protocol is supported. We used in the past mainly http protocol, because they only connect over VPN what is secured. We have https enabled as well, but the issue is simply, that some of the certificates had a longer validation time - lets say two years. But the IOS devices only accept certificates having a maximum validation time less then 398 days. So we renewed the certificates following the 398 days rules and it is working now.
