Appointments alarm keep showing.

I have a single user that has the alarms windows popping up all the time. If I remove the applointment from Outlook and wait for sync, the next appointment will do the same.
Has anyone seen this behaviour?

I had a closer look at the Win code that is responsible for invoking the alarm.
It hasn't changed much for many years and I did not find a potential candidate.
Since you seem to indicate that Outlook Mail Link or Synchronizer is involved and the problem persists, you need to register a support case.

Is there a sloution for removing the noisy alarms that pop up in Superoffice web client?
You can set the alarm to be off by default in the diary preferences
I always disable sync of the alarm (SO => Outlook and Outlook => SO) as this issue can happen.
Normally you do not want your alarm to trigger twice.
Also, you can bulk update to remove alarm from appointments in SO.

I appreciate the alarm reminder but not its sound. To disable the sound, I wait for the alarm to be triggered, then access the sound control in the tray and mute all sounds from WebTools. This allows me to keep the alarm active but silent.
