Hi,

Is it possible to hide mailings, including receipient lists, for users that are not allowed to see data belonging to other companies?

It is really strange that if you activate this functional right, that you see Marketing data belonging to other companies.

Especially on GDPR / Marketing consent territory this is not acceptable, because receipient doesn't give consent to all companies working with the system

Hi Brian,

Thank you for the post in the forum.

I think you are bringing a valuable perspective and business case here.

At the moment, it is not possible to hide this specific information in mailings using an out-of-the-box toolset of SuperOffice CRM. We already have a wish registered to address this and similar cases.

If it is an essential and unnegotiable feature for SuperOffice customers we should always discuss alternatives to how to implement this necessity. You know that in IT nothing is impossible.

A good starting point is SuperOffice Appstore and various apps that extend SuperOffice capabilities.
