Nebula synchronisation off by 2 hours

Hi
Starting today, all new and/or updated appointments in Superoffice, are being offset by +2 hours by Nebula. In O365 as well as in Superoffice. I have no idea where to look and/or how to find out if this is a Nebula issue or an O365.
