Screen designer for follow up dialog - restrictions

Hi, Currently you can't edit the fields on the more tab: (I can make a new tab and add fields there, but not remove/add/change/etc anything on the standard tab). Is this intended behavior? You also can't delete the agenda tab, which would be great to do so you can remove that tab for any internal task types.   Tested on release SuperOffice CRM Online 10.2 Build Release_10.2.11_2023.12.18-02

The more field tab being completely locked seems solved now, but you still can't define columns on it:   This is possible when creating a new tab:   Seems strange to not allow this on the more tab.

Send e-mail invitation to attendees. Internal and external?

Hi Could you help to clarify how this new option works in new follow up. Previously you could select who should recieve an email alert. Now it seems that its all participants. Internal and external recieves an email? Before you would normally not e-mail alert internal users. Since they were already alerted in the SuperOffice calendar. Or you would choose to alert internal users also by e-mail   Previously you would select who would get the email. And if someone was added to the meeting later, you could choose to only email the new participant. And send the invite without all participants recieveing a new email. We have done some testing at it seems that there are differences in internal and external alerts. Probably with the same logic as before, but the new checkbox send to all attendees is new. And it would be nice if you could clarify about this topic.

New follow-up does not remember current object

When I make a follow up type from my Sales opportunity, it does not remember my current object. So now I have to add Sales to the follow up manually.

Also agree with David. Our Goal should allways be to reduce clicks. this in general applies to add the current sale/project, when currently you need at least 2 clicks more or even 4 if you need to add a project and a sale.

New Follow-up support for Synchronizer

News: New Follow-up support for Synchronizer Extensive testing has been performed - and we are now ready to allow customers who uses Synchronizer to participate in the pilot program for New Follow-up: we will now start to enable New Follow-up for some of the customers who uses Synchronizer and have signed up to the pilot program. More customers who uses Synchronizer will get it next week.   Note! With the introduction of formatted content (HTML) in the SuperOffice follow-up, it is worth mentioning that synchronizing such content between two platforms comes with some things to take into account. This page explains what happens in certain situations or with the use of certain HTML content: https://infobridgekb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NS/pages/2354380802/Differences+between+SuperOffice+Agenda+and+calendar+item+notes

Overview in a meeting with many participants

Is there a way to filter participants that have accepted a meeting? There is a green checkbox that show that someone has accepted the invitation. Or a red X if you have declined. But it seems scrolling the list is the only way to see who has accepted or not. As far as I can see the green checkbox or the red X is the only way to see how many have accepted or not. If you have a large internal meeting with 100+ participants, it could be useful to be able to use a filter to sort participants in a meeting.  Even in fullscreen, the number of participants shown is 4-5 people, and scrolling is the only way to see the other participants. Since there is no way to expand the "box"  overview is limited

Hi Ester.  Thank you for the reply. A filter option would be nice. For a large meeting there is a very small part of the screen being used for showing participants. A way to use more of the screen could be to add a manage participants option. Like the check availability option, that loads a different screen. There is some participant management in the check availability section, but it does not really show if a participant has accepted the meeting.

Do not change translations

I just realized that translations were not kept. Please change to the translations that were there before, example "NEW": For German: Appointment was translated to Besprechung formerly "Termin", Follow-up was translated to Folgeaufgabe formerly "Anruf" and To-do was translated to "Zu erledigen", formerly "Aufgabe". Please use the formerly translated elements and not the new translations. Please also check for other languages.

Thank you for your comprehensive testing and highlighting the naming inconsistencies. As you might be aware of we are still in the pilot phase, so minor issues like these are part of the process and are being actively addressed. Thanks for pointing some of the out!

Keyboard short cut for timestamp

We have multiple customers who are very excited about the 'timestamp button' also becoming available for the follow-up dialog, in other systems they have used there is a keyboard shortcut for directly inserting the timestamp: Something like CTRL + T to insert the timestamp.

Hi Søren, Thanks for the input. We're keeping timestamps editable because we don't foresee a strong need for unchangeable logs within the follow-up feature—it's not designed for high-security communication but for flexible internal coordination. It might be a bit naive, but the internal notes aren't intended as a strict, secure log. Which is why we do not have immediate plans to change this, we're open to reevaluating if needed and we'll keep your thoughts in mind. Thanks!
