What is Selection of Chat, Forms and Mailings?

Chat, Forms and Mailings as entities with all that follows in Find and Selection.

In this Pilot we allow our users to use selections and find to locate, find, view and work with their chat conversations, form submissions and mailings in the context of selections.

On the "find screen" there is a new row for the new entities:

* Find Chat session
* Find Form submission
* Find Mailing

Find chat conversations

When the user has selected Find Chat on the Find screen the user will be directed to the Criteria screen where the user will be able to add criteria. When the user is happy with the criteria, the user should be able to select Search or click the result tab – using the same logic as when using find for any other entity. 

Selection of Chat sessions

If a user would like to save their findings into a selection the user should be able to do so by selecting Save as Selection, in the footer of the find result. When the user has selected Save as selection the user should be given the same options one normally gets when saving any other selection. When the list has been saved as a selection, the user will be directed to the Chat selection upon selection save on the details tab. 

It should not be possible to create combined selections of chat sessions.

Find Form submission
