Support for CRM Scripts triggered dialogs You can define dialogs within CRM scripts that can be shown both in our web client AND in Mobile CRM. This means that you can write a CRM script that can trigger new customised questions or dialogs to the users.  In this way you have a whole new way of customizing the interaction with your users, tailored to the business logic you want to enforce. Hello, When is version 12.5 going to be released? Currently still marked as beta and we have a customer who is hitting the issue related to the problem with archiving emails and Exchange non-cached mode, but they don't want to install beta software on production.

Upgrade from 7.1 to 8.5

Hello, A client of ours is in the process of upgrading their SuperOffice Web installation from 7.1 to 8.5. The question my contact would like to know is if there is a way to automatically push the updates out to all the users or if each individual user needs to install the web tools manually. I seem to remember that an upgrade to some versions requires the complete removal of the old web tools before the new ones can be installed. My question is whether pushing out an update to the 8.5 webtools is possibe and do the old 7.1 webtools need to be uninstalled first. Thank you, Brian
