Can I create a dashboard using "duration"

I am trying to set up a Dashboard, showing my colleagues which of their projects they spend how much time on.

Since time is registered on the project, and I can create a report based on these data, I guess they are available. But I cannot find the "Duration" as a criteria. Is this not possible?

Hi Morten,

Thank you for reaching out for the Community advice on this topic.

A project Duration is not a standard field in SuperOffice CRM.

I assume that your company has created a user-defined field, which populates duration based on all activities associated with the project. Also, you could be using selections of follow-ups to determine how much time you spend on projects. These are just guessing. I trust there are other ways how to get this information.

To answer your question more information is needed. So the situation you described would be better handled by our support team.

They will need to know how you get Duration information from your SuperOffice CRM data. Please provide screenshots showing how you retrieve the data and how you try to show it in Dashboard (which approach you tried already).

Please register a request, and somebody from the team will gladly help you personally.

I think the wish is for a sum(duration) of all the appointments in a project, where duration = end-date-time - start-date-time

i.e. a meeting from 3.jan 9:00 to 3.jan 11:00 has a duration of 2 hrs.

Exactly. The info is there as a standard, and I can create a report on the same data, but not make a selection based on it, nor dashboards.
Lina is right that we have a custom-made project-hours field, which is not searchable. But what i am looking for is what you describe Christian.
