Hi. Where has my option for deleting multipple cases gone?

Hi, Erik!
Is this a selection/ search of tickets?
 
Or could it be a selection of messages?
There is no delete function for messages from the selection view

Well, there used to be a "handle multiple cases" feature and then you would select 'delete'. Has this feature been removed?
The intention is to bulk delete cases for e.g. auto-reported communication faults.

The function is still there. 

But you can´t do it for messages only for requests. 

So my best guess from the printscreean you show me is that it´s a seleciton of messages you are in.

"Batch managment" is not visible to me, neither for a single case or multiple. Off course it only makes sense for a batch of cases, not for sinlge cases. Maybe it is a configuration issue?
