A customer receives emails to info@xxxx.xx account together with emails to her private account in the inbox in Outlook. She uses SuperOffice for Outlook and wishes to save emails sent to her private email address as well as emails sent to info@xxxxx.xx address. Is this possible?

We recently had a customer ask us the same question, currently SuperOffice for Outlook does not support archiving from shared mailboxes. This previously was a limitation of the technology that is used by the SuperOffice for Outlook add-in, but since then Microsoft has added this capability, only SuperOffice will need to update support for it.

Good to know.

We do however strongly advice our customers to move from shared mailboxes to SuperOffice Service

Which is a understandable advice from the SuperOffice side, but not workable for many customers. Once SOFO supports OnSite (and shared mailboxes) it would saves us (and probably your support too) MANY support calls/tickets.
