HI,

we got every minute following system message in some tickets:

 

Code: 550
Message: Too many invalid recipients
Sent from: Melchers IT Support <support@melchers.suocrm.eu>  (this is one of  our mailboxes)
Sent to: (for example) Lennart.Schulz@melchers.de

The tickets has now more than 8 tausend such messages and the System is very slowly so that our User alsmost cannot work on it.

 

Could someone tell me how could we stop this increasing Messages and what it caused by?

Hi Jianchun,

I suggest you submit a request for our Support team to evaluate and assist you with this matter.

A simple "solution" could be to delete this request, if that would not be too harmful.

 

There was a recent "bounce bug" in Service, which I think was solved and after the most recent release perhaps reopened. So I think R&D is aware of these kind of issues, but as said - best would be to contact our Support team >> they are able to evaluate properly!

I got Feedbacks from our SO Support Teams in Germany, it is because of Tracing of my crm scripts for Event "Saving a request", it maybe causes to many traffic loaded on the SO Cloud Server and makes Problem in Performance. I should shut down such tracing.

Just I wonder the scripts and Tracing runs from years, this Trouble is new from last Friday.

I will see whether it may help.
