how to change Email (login) from customer service

Hi,

i have more question how to change Email (login) from the customer service.

I have user who are married and than changed the email. But how can I change the Email from this Person du a screen ?

It's possible ?

Hi Fabrice,

The email address of this user can be changed within Service.

Find the user's profile by clicking on Customers and then Find contacts.

When the contact is found click on Actions and then Edit contact.

Here you can change the User name which will be used for logging in and the E-mail address for the email communication.
