Hi Fabrice

In the new version of SuperOffice Service we have a "Change log"-tab on each request, where you can find and are able to search for this type of information. See my example below.

In the old version of Service each request has a Task-button in the right corner almost similar to the one in my example (see red arrow), where you find the Log.

Hi Torben

Access to the Change Log feature comes with the license "Service PREMIUM", which is a more advanced license than the "Service ESSENTIALS".
See our Pricelist for difference between the features in the two different license types: https://community.superoffice.com/globalassets/shared/price-lists/2022-oct-1/price-list-cloud-dkk-oct-1-22.pdf (page 4).

The "Opgave" tab I have created myself via the "Screen designer", which is an Add-on tool (Development Tool), where you can design your own screens and tabs.

We recently had a webinar (in Danish) where we explained the features. You can find it here: https://www.superoffice.dk/ressourcer/webcasts/dk-skarmdesigner/
You learn more about our screen designer here: https://community.superoffice.com/en/learning/admin-guide/configurable-screens/
