I have created new Profile for Tickets Header in CS old Service Modul. How could I asign this to other Usergroup or User then default, so that only this group has this View.
By the Way, is possible to define separated Email-Tag for other Usergroup or Ticket Category?

Hi Jianchun,
Profiles in Service can be assigned to Roles and not usergroups. Navigate to Roles from "Hamburger menu" in Service:
We only support one global Email-tag.

as in last Posts, i got separated profile to show Tickets Info assigned to other Userrole, could i get now separated Profile to edit Ticket assigned to other Userrole or groups? Till now I have assigned our default Profile to edit Ticket "Edit_ticket_80_kopieren" in ScreenChoosers.

yes, I got now to dispatch diff. Profiles to diff. Roles via Screen Choosers.
In the new Profile I have renamed Labels in Eng. for our new Support Teams, but not for Extra Fields (yellow marked). They were defined with Name in German, any Idea?

When it comes to Extra fields they are generated in Loading script in Screen and get their label from Extra field definition, so if you need to manipulate this you need to update code in Loading script to get different labels depending on lanugages;

My last Question is how to update List Elements for Multilanguage, we have defined the Standart List Status, Priority in German.
