Wish: possible to have criteria field value "Is (not) Empty"

Users would like to have a possibility to be able to search on any field and select criteria "Is empty"/"Is not empty".

Being able to search for empty fields would be very useful. It is a quite "normal" feature to be able to search for "is null".
