TicketAgent GetTicketEntity fails when category msg_closing_status value is higher than 3.

Description

WCF client tries to cast msg_closing_status value to the TicketCategoryClosingStatus Enum, which isn't correct (anymore, in an earlier release this was changed so you can set a specfic status).
