Document Mailing: The generated pdf for document mailing is corrupted

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to CS client from FF or Safari
- Create a document mailing
- Download the generated document and open it
-->Observed that: The document cannot be opened when downloaded from Firefox or Chrome or from File Explorer

-->Expected: Should be able to download from any browser and open without any issue
