Description
Here is a better screenshot, which reflects more accurately what we do:
When we set the Type to Html and the Body to some HTML content, then what the “bugfix” does: it strips off any HTML from the Body and systematically changes the Type to “Plain”. So now all newly created tickets will have the Type set as plain, whatever the content of the body. Only tickets created before this change will keep the type that was sent by the client
