Accessing marketing module even though 'Hide Marketing screen' is set as a functional right

Description
1. Go to settings and maintenance > Roles > make a test role by copying the user level 0 role and adding the functional right 'Hide Marketing screen'.
2. Assign this role to one of the users who also has a sales license.
3. Log in with the user who got the new role.
4. In the navigator menu - The marketing module is not visible (which is good). 
5. Go to a company card > activities > make sure that there is at least one marketing activity/mailing visible in there > double click on the marketing mailing.

Observed that: even though the 'Hide Marketing screen' is not available, when double clicking on marketing mailing from the company card, the user can access the marketing module.
Expected that: when the 'Hide Marketing screen' is set, it would remove all access to the marketing module.

22.01.2025] The functional right "Hide Marketing" is for clearing the navigator, make users who do not work with marketing have more room for important functions in their navigator.
The functional right is not designed for keeping users from accessing mailings and forms. We are aware that there is a wish for more functionality and possibilities when it comes to datarights for mailings and form submission.

Also accessible from selection, mailings tab on company/contact still available.

Can you please fix this soon? We have users who have access to mailings and form submissions who should absolutely not have access to do this. But there is no way to block it
