Tag IDs exported to MS Excel shown in column as number not text

Description
1. Create a ticket with 2 tags: 'tag1' and 'tag2'
2. Export the ticket with the 2 tags to Excel:
Observe that: the tags exported to MS Excel are shown with ids 1 and 2 in one column.
I expected: the tags exported to MS Excel to be shown with names 'tag1' and 'tag2' in column.
