SuperOffice for Outlook is a Microsoft 365 add-in that integrates Outlook with SuperOffice.
What has changed
Shared mailbox support - Shared mailboxes are now supported in SuperOffice for Outlook, making it easier for teams to manage customer communication from a common inbox. When working from a shared mailbox in Outlook, users can use the SuperOffice side panel to access CRM information and work with customer emails directly from the shared inbox.

During this time, some users may see it earlier than others. If you don’t see the feature after 72 hours, please contact your IT administrator.
Ability to Pin SuperOffice for Outlook panel when writing a new email - The SuperOffice for Outlook panel can now be pinned when writing a new email. This makes it easier to keep SuperOffice visible while composing messages in Outlook, so users can access CRM information and remember to archive important customer communication without switching context. Together with the Archive email toggle being enabled by default, the pinned panel can also act as a helpful reminder to save new emails to SuperOffice CRM before sending. We will continue improving the New Email Archiving Experience in future updates.

Cleaner document archiving list - When archiving documents from an email, SuperOffice for Outlook no longer shows image attachments that are part of the sender’s email signature. This makes the document list cleaner and helps users more easily find and archive the relevant files from an email.
Addressed bug where archiving of attachments was not working on iOS (bug 106130) - Please note that digitally signed attachments cannot be saved through SuperOffice for Outlook when using a mobile device. This is due to a current Microsoft limitation. Once Microsoft adds support for archiving digitally signed emails on mobile with Mailbox 1.8, this should start working automatically without the need for a new SuperOffice code change.
Addressed German translation issue where we displayed "Title" instead of "Funktion" (bug 79943)
Improved error handling
Applied security updates, dependency patches, and code improvements to help keep the platform secure, stable, and up to date.
Distribution
The SuperOffice for Outlook add-in will be distributed through the SuperOffice AppStore and the Microsoft Store.
New versions are released independent of the SuperOffice CRM Online releases.
