App Store arrivals: check out what’s new!

Let’s take a look at the latest apps from our partners that you can now find in our App Store.

Zapier: connect your SuperOffice CRM to 1,000+ apps

Described as the glue that connects web apps, Zapier is one of the latest integrations that we are particularly excited about. It connects SuperOffice CRM with over 1,000 other web applications and allows them to work together on repetitive tasks so you don’t have to.

Based on “if this, than that” methodology, Zapier pushes data between your applications through a trigger-and-action process called a zap. When you select a “trigger”, an event in one application, it will initiate a certain event, or an “action”, in another application.

So, for example, if you are using Slack as your communication channel, you can let your team know every time you set a sale as “sold” in SuperOffice CRM. Every sale is a celebration, so why not send your team an automatic update and get the party started?

Or, if a customer or a prospect decides not to buy from you, it’s a good idea to find out what went wrong. You can set up a zap that will automatically send a feedback survey to the registered contact from SurveyMonkey, whenever you set a sale to “lost” in SuperOffice CRM. This way you can get their view on what could have been better.

GetAccept: close deals faster

GetAccept is the latest e-signing app, offered by i-Centrum, to hit the shelves of SuperOffice App Store. The app doesn’t only collect digital signatures that will help you seal that deal faster, but it comes with a whole string of other features that will help you push your proposal through.

A live chat function will allow you to send and receive messages directly inside the document you work with – cutting any potential delays; a Deal AcceleratorTM will promote your proposal to the right person – ensuring you get to the decision makers; document tracking and analytics features will help you see where in the process your document is – allowing you to follow up on time.

You no longer have to send your proposal and hope for the best – stay actively involved and engaged with the customer.

Tripletex and e-conomic: save time and improve customer experience

The biggest number of apps available in the App Store are those that allow you to integrate SuperOffice CRM with an ERP solution. And there are some very good reasons for connecting CRM with ERP.

The latest apps in this category are Tripletex Sync and Tripletex Quote from Keyforce AS and the e-conomic Quote from Siteshop A/S, which complements the e-conomic Sync app that has been available for some time in the App Store.

These apps help you save time on updating the two systems and let you respond to your customers more effectively by having a fuller overview of their account in one place. Get a fast and streamlined quote-to-cash process with improved reporting and better control of your forecasts.

Bisnode: market intelligence at your fingertips

Bisnode specializes in providing business information to enable and support business decisions. This includes identifying new prospects to optimize your credit risk, secure data quality and more. There are now two apps available in the App Store that connect you with Bisnode company databases.

The not-so-new Bisnode Markedsdata app from Siteshop A/S integrates SuperOffice CRM with the Danish Bisnode database. It’s perfect if your target market is Denmark.

If you are interested in other countries’ markets though, then you want to use the brand new Bisnode Business Contacts app from i-Centrum AB. This app gives you access to Bisnode’s entire database of leading market intelligence for 21 European countries, covering 46 million companies and contacts.
