Product Roundup Q2 2026

Published by Emily Reise, 2 h, 39 m ago

As we close this second quarter of 2026, our PMs gathered to look at all things shipped and what's ahead in the upcoming months. Read the recap in the article or watch the full video!

Four SuperOffice updates that take work off your plate

Our product team just wrapped the Q2 2026 product roundup. Short on time? Here's the written version – the four updates most likely to change your day, all live in SuperOffice now. Want the full picture? The complete roundup is in the video below.

See how long your deals really take

You can now add a sales cycle measure to your dashboards. It tracks the days from when a sale is created to when it's marked won or lost, so you can finally see where time actually goes.

Group by sales type to compare which deals move quickly and which ones drag, then drill into any single sale to see the exact number of days spent on it.

  • Spot the stages where deals stall, instead of guessing
  • Set realistic timelines with your team, backed by your own numbers
  • Forecast on evidence rather than gut feel

Handle more of your day from your phone

Mobile CRM picked up a set of changes for the times you're away from your desk. You can now reply to or forward a specific message straight from a request, so a useful update or a hand-off to a colleague doesn't have to wait until you're back at your laptop.

You can also jump between related requests to see what's already been done, move the add button to wherever your thumb naturally sits, and log in with Face ID.

  • Reply and forward on the move, not just from the web client
  • No password to remember at the start of the day
  • Add information with one thumb, however you hold your phone

Spend less time on email admin

SuperOffice for Outlook had one of the biggest updates this quarter, aimed squarely at the admin that eats into selling time.

Pin the panel so it stays in view as you move between emails, and a green indicator tells you at a glance whether a message is already archived – and by whom, so you're not duplicating a colleague's work. You can archive from any shared mailbox you have access to, and link Outlook meetings to the right contact, company, sale or project as you create them, so they land in SuperOffice already connected.

  • Nothing gets archived twice or forgotten
  • Work directly from shared mailboxes
  • Meetings arrive in SuperOffice with the right links already in place

See a customer's value at a glance

A new side panel on the customer card in ConnectERP pulls order data straight from your ERP: total spend, average order value and number of orders over the last four years. It works across our ERP integrations, including Visma Net, Business NXT, Tripletex and Fortnox.

  • Know the account's history before you pick up the phone
  • Spot your most valuable customers without leaving SuperOffice
  • Skip the switch between CRM and your ERP to answer a simple question
