When two or more users edit the same document in a database at the same time, it will lead to a saving conflict. To prevent saving conflicts in SuperOffice, the new document locking feature introduces Edit and Read mode for documents.
If you try to open a document that is being edited by another user, you will see who the user is, and you get the option to open the document in read-only mode.
The document locking feature makes sure that you don’t waste time editing a document only to have it overwritten by another user.

Uploading a document to SuperOffice can include many clicks – you know: Upload, find file, Open, and Create.
Now, instead of all those steps, you can just drag and drop documents from your computer into the document dialog. You’ll avoid the extra clicks, and it’ll be a breeze to create new documents or replace existing ones.
How to drag and drop documents:
- Click on the Document button on the bottom toolbar.
- Drag and drop a file from a file explorer window into the document dialog box (the area becomes light blue).
- Finish by clicking the green Create button.

Send SMS: Get your messages read
