Important changes for SuperOffice CRM version 8 and earlier versions

​Important changes are coming to SuperOffice CRM version 8 and earlier versions in January 2024, and we recommend companies on these versions to take action.

Version 8 came out in 2015 and has since been replaced by SuperOffice 9 in 2020 and later by SuperOffice 10 in 2021.

For SuperOffice 8, we continued to offer updates and support even after 9 and 10 came out. This will change from 2024.

From the 1st of January 2024, we will no longer provide critical updates (security and compatibility patching) for SuperOffice CRM version 8 or earlier versions. 

After this date, your system will continue to be operational. However, we strongly recommend our customers to move to one of the following alternatives before the 1st of January 2024: 

Alternative 1: Upgrade to SuperOffice CRM version 10 and the SuperOffice CRM ONSITE subscription agreement

This option allows you to continue hosting your version of SuperOffice CRM yourself, or in an environment appointed and managed by your company.

Alternative 2: Migrate to SuperOffice CRM in the cloud and the SuperOffice CRM ONLINE subscription agreement

This option is the preferred choice for the majority of our customers.

Running your CRM in the cloud offers significant benefits, such as frequent and automatic software updates, high security, and servers being owned managed and administered by SuperOffice.

As you can see, you have plenty of time to plan and make the right choice for you and your company. As an existing customer using SuperOffice CRM (version 8 or earlier) you will receive an attractive subscription offer, regardless of which of the two above described alternatives you choose.

Changes in the software maintenance terms

Effective from the 1st of January 2023, the software maintenance rate will be changed from 20.17% annually to 21.26%.

Your software maintenance fee for 2023 will be calculated based on 21.26% of the list price.
